Berry Bowls have a little plate underneath to catch extra moisture.  They may go from rinsing in the sink to the table.

 

Boiled pasta may easily and safely go from stove top to pasta bowl to be drained.  The pasta may be served in the colander, using the plate to catch extra moisture.

 

Stoneware is safe to use in conventional ovens, convection ovens, microwave ovens, and is freezer-safe and dishwasher safe.
